AESA invites you to register for the Annual Conference and looks forward to seeing you in Phoenix for an exciting and informative conference.

23rd AESA Annual Conference Registration Brochure 

Please read this conference brochure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
It will answer all the questions you have and let you know what tickets need (and do not need) to be ordered. You will also find information on the hotel online registration process and transportation options.  Registration fees for AESA members, non-members, registered and unregistered spouse and/or guests are listed in the brochure, as well as for individual ticket prices for the AESA Pre-Con on Wednesday and the Friday night special event. 

This brochure was mailed to all AESA members and past attendees. It contains the Conference-at-a-Glance schedule, conference highlights, keynote speakers, pre-con event, golf tournament and the Friday evening special event - back by popular demand - the AESA Rockers!

REGISTRATION and HOTEL RESERVATIONS
3 simple steps to register for the conference and reserve your hotel room!

Step One -- Conference Registration Site

After reading the registration brochure, follow these three easy steps to register each individual who will be attending the 2008 AESA Annual Conference. You will be asked for your state, name of the ESA/organization and name of attendee.

You may also register for the pre-conference events on Wednesday and purchase additional tickets for spouse/guest meals and/or the Friday night special event for all attendees. See brochure referenced above for additional information about these events, including meals.

NOTE -- once registered, you can access your registration by going to this same link, entering your name again, and the system will take you to the confirmation page and you can proceed from there with any ticket changes or with the hotel reservations.

NAMTC
If you are registering for both the AESA Annual Conference and the NAMTEC Leadership Summit follow normal registration procedures and check the NAMTEC event on the registration site.
 
If you are registering for the NAMTC Leadership Summit only, please download the registration form, complete the form and fax it to 203-483-7550. Once you have been registered, you will receive information about making hotel reservations.

Step Two - Hotel Reservations

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS UPDATE – ROOM BLOCK CLOSED 
The AESA Annual Conference room block at the JW Marriott is now closed.  If you need to make changes to or cancel an existing reservation please contact the Marriott directly at 800-835-6206. 

If you need to make a reservation please note that as of November 13^th the AESA’s room block is sold out at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge.  Please see the list below for alternative nearby hotels.

Once you have registered and obtained a confirmation number (the confirmation number will be in the upper left hand corner of the confirmation page), you may proceed to the Hotel Reservation page. The red link will be on the registration confirmation page. On that website enter the arrival and departure date and your credit card number to reserve your room. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, but will be charged in accordance with the hotels' rules.

 

You do not have to register for a hotel room at this time, but AESA highly recommends you do it when you register for the conference. You may return to your confirmation page and link to the hotel registration site at a later date should you choose to do so.

 

If you register for the conference by fax or mail in the registration form, an email will be sent to you with further instructions regarding hotel reservations.

Step Three - Register Each Individual Attending the Conference

Repeat step one and two as necessary for each individual registering for the conference.

Step Four (Optional) - Golf Registration

If you wish to register for the golf tournament on Wednesday, December 3rd, please register at www.aesa.us/golf08

Golf registration is a separate step and web site. Follow the online directions carefully. Your credit card will be charged at this time and cancellation fees will be enforced.
