AESA invites you to register for the Annual Conference and looks forward to seeing you in Savannah for an exciting and informative conference.

25th AESA Annual Conference Registration Brochure 

Please read this conference brochure carefully before proceeding with the Registration. It will answer all the questions you have and let you know what tickets need (and do not need) to be ordered. You will also find information on the hotel online registration process and transportation options.  Registration fees for AESA members, non-members, registered and unregistered spouse and/or guests are listed in the brochure.

This brochure was mailed to all AESA members and past attendees. It contains the Conference-at-a-Glance schedule, conference highlights, keynote speakers and more.

REGISTRATION and HOTEL RESERVATIONS
3 simple steps to register for the conference and reserve your hotel room!

Step One -- Conference Registration Site

After reading the registration brochure, follow these three easy steps to register each individual who will be attending the 2010 AESA Annual Conference. You will be asked for your state, name of the ESA/organization and name of attendee.

You may also register your spouse and or guests for certain events and purchase meal tickets for spouses and guests. See brochure referenced above for additional information about these events, including meals.

NOTE - Once registered, you can access your registration by going to this same link, entering your name again, and the system will take you to the confirmation page and you can proceed from there with any ticket changes or with the hotel reservations.

NAMTC
If you are registering for both the AESA Annual Conference and the NAMTC Leadership Summit follow normal registration procedures and check the NAMTC event on the registration site.
 
Step Two - Hotel Reservations

Once you have registered and obtained a confirmation number (the confirmation number will be in the upper left hand corner of the confirmation page), you may proceed to the Hotel Reservation page. The red link will be on the registration confirmation page. On that website enter the arrival and departure date and your credit card number to reserve your room. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, but will be charged in accordance with the hotels' rules.

 

You do not have to register for a hotel room at this time, but AESA highly recommends you do it when you register for the conference. You may return to your confirmation page and link to the hotel registration site at a later date should you choose to do so.

 

If you register for the conference by fax or mail in the registration form, an email will be sent to you with further instructions regarding hotel reservations.

Step Three - Register Each Individual Attending the Conference

Repeat step one and two as necessary for each individual registering for the conference.
