The Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA) invites you to exhibit at and sponsor our 25th Annual Conference at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center, Savannah, Georgia, December 1-4, 2010. As you know, educational service agencies (ESAs) are the most forward-thinking and entrepreneurial educational entities in the U.S. ESAs are the marketing channel and driving force for positive change in schools and districts and this is the only national conference specifically for ESAs.

The AESA Annual Conference offers a level of access and visibility not afforded at any other conference.   This type of exposure is available ONLY at the AESA Annual Conference — an opportunity you cannot afford to miss! 

AESA is in the position to reach well over 79% of the public school districts, over 83% of the private schools, over 79% certified teachers, and more than 80% non-certified school employees, and well over 80% public and private school students.  Annual budgets for ESAs come to $15 billion. Attendees include CEOs/superintendents, board members, senior-level staff, and other businesses interested in working with ESAs.

Accommodations / Travel Information:

AESA Annual Conference Airport Shuttle Information
AESA has established special shuttle rates for conference attendees.  Please click on the link below for details and to make reservations – be sure to scroll down and find the AESA Annual Conference information.

$20 from downtown to the airport 
$24 from the airport to downtown (the airport charges a $4 fee for every vehicle leaving with people) or the best deal, $34 roundtrip.

Water Taxis
Taxis will be available to bring conference attendees to and from the convention center and both the Marriott and Hyatt hotels. A schedule will be posted in each hotel lobby, at the convention center and on each dock.

Shuttles to and from the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center
Shuttle service will be available during peak conference hours from the Marriott and Hyatt to and from the convention center. Schedules will be posted in the hotel lobby. City "hosts" will be on site at each dock and hotel lobby to assist AESA conference attendees with transportation.
