  AESA Educators' Call to Action: Federal Advocacy 

Attendees explored the hot issues being discussed on Capitol Hill and spoke directly with Senators and Representatives about the issues that are important to local districts and educational service agency.

This conference was strategically timed so that AESA members were on the Hill just before final decisions about education funding are made. Participants made individual appointments with their Congressional representatives prior to traveling to Washington, D.C.
