Seeking
a visionary leader with strong instructional and operations background to lead
a K-12 school district of approximately 2800 students in an eastern
Connecticut
community of approximately 15,000 residents. Must have excellent
communication skills and budgetary expertise. Salary: Approximately
$150,000; negotiable. The successful candidate shall have the
ability to interact effectively with varied constituent groups in building
support for a district vision. Excellent communication skills are needed
to engage staff and community proactively in continued development of a highly
regarded school district. Classroom, central office, and principal
experience are essential.
