Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies
The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies, Inc. (AEPA) is a nationwide purchasing cooperative, which leverages the purchasing power of 22 member states, representing over 25 million K-12 students. By competitively bidding contracts on a national basis, this cooperative effort enables school districts throughout the U.S. to obtain goods and services at significantly reduced costs. The AEPA currently has over 35 national contracts, which yielded over $400 million in sales volume during 2009.

Computer Automation Systems, Inc. (SEAS+ Special Education Solutions)
Computer Automation Systems (CAS) of Mountain Home, Arkansas provides SEAS™ as a special education management system. Since its introduction in 1996, its main focus has been helping teachers complete compliant IEPs for their special education students. Over the years, SEAS has evolved into a full special education management system with many components – just as special educators have many more responsibilities than just completing an IEP. SEAS is now used by over 2,000 school districts, charter schools, educational service agencies, and state departments of education nationwide. (GAFRI) and its subsidiaries provide a wide range of retirement solutions for educators and non-profit organizations.  Through the AESA Business Partnership, the GAFRI subsidiary Great American Plan Administrators offers ESAs no-cost third-party 403(b) tax sheltered annuity individual plan and 457 deferred compensation plan administration, common remitting, and ongoing education for plan participants. The Great American Plan Administrators no-cost offer to ESAs will meet all IRS mandated administrative changes taking effect January 1, 2009 and will be provided regardless of the program vendor.
