Perspectives: A Journal of Research and
Opinion About Educational Service Agencies

The annual publication is AESA’s journal reflecting needs, policies, research and other issues affecting ESAs. Each year founding editor Dr. William Keane volunteers his professional skills and astute understanding of ESAs to produce this widely-read publication embodying regional educational service agencies. AESA thanks Dr. Keane and the editorial review board for volunteering their time and knowledge to the journal. Dr. Keane can be reached at keane@oakland.edu.

Manuscripts welcome. We are open to articles of all types, but are especially interested in articles that are research-based.  In addition to articles about new programs that have data to support their success or essays about policy or practice, the journal is interested in receiving interviews with public officials (legislators, chief state school officials, and other prominent people who have a positive view of ESAs). Please consider submitting a proposal for the 2010 edition. For further information about how to prepare a manuscript, please contact the editor, Bill Keane, at keane@oakland.edu. Any necessary editorial assistance will be provided. Generally we will need a first draft of an article, sent electronically to the editor, by June 15. If we know an article is on the way that deadline can be extended a little. Submission guidelines for Perspectives. Manuscripts are due June 15, 2010.
