The Southeast KS Education Service Center - Greenbush, is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Procurement and Contract Services.
The Procurement Director will be responsible for developing and administering all procurement related activities of Greenbush. The Director will work across all Greenbush programs collaborating with program directors, school administrators, and other leaders to identify new purchasing categories, develop bid specifications and processes consistent with statute, and support strategies and tools designed to create efficiencies and save money. An important responsibility of the Procurement Director will be to lead a departmental team in the development and implementation of a marketing plan to increase utilization of pre-bid contracts by schools, and expand the use of the Greenbush Marketplace (http://procurement.greenbush.org/marketplace.html) by school personnel.
