has developed this easy tool to access state statutes or regulations
authorizing
Educational
Service Agencies in states where they exist.
NOTE: AESA has collected State Statute
and Regulation Information for the use of its members and other
interested parties. It is possible that the information from a particular state may be incomplete as there are
often references to ESAs
throughout a state’s statutes and regulatory rules and that all of these
have not
been reported to us. Further, AESA relies on its members to
provide updates as to changes in the laws
of their state. From time to
time, there is a delay in reporting this information to AESA and adding
it to
this website. Users therefore are cautioned to verify information
with a second source, preferably the primary
source. We recommend that
the original source be used as for citations.
