Hotel information is included in the confirmation email sent to conference attendees after they register. It is important that you follow the directions in this email.
The Broadmoor Hotel is the conference site. Please check first with The Broadmoor for hotel reservations.
At this time, the block of rooms available at the conference rate is fully booked for Thursday evening, however cancellations occur. The Broadmoor is accepting names on a waiting list. If you or your group would like to be placed on the waiting list, please contact Chasity Morey at (719) 577-5775 or you can email her at cmorey@broadmoor.com.
Please note that only reservations made before midnight October 24, 2018 at The Broadmoor qualify for the discounted room rate associated with AESA's Conference.
If you are unable to book your room(s) at The Broadmoor for your desired dates, AESA is recommending the Cheyenne Mountain Resort as an alternative. AESA will provide a shuttle service between these two hotels at designated times, to be determined.
Broadmoor Parking:
Valet Parking: Valet parking is available to all overnight guests. The charge is $30 per night. Valet parking is complimentary for day visitors.
Parking Garage: Self-parking for a 24-hour period is $23 per night, with in and out privileges. Day charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $12 per day.

The conference room rate is $199, inclusive of the resort fee, but not taxes, until October 24, 2018 and if reserving a room using the AESA reservation link sent with the registration confirmation email.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FRAUDULENT SCAMS AFFECTING AESA ANNUAL CONFERENCE ATTENDEES AND EXHIBITORS
There are several different fraudulent scams that may try to contact you. Please be aware of any unusual contacts and report it to AESA immediately. Below are just two that are the most common:
3rd Party Housing Companies: Please be aware that AESA has learned that housing poachers or unofficial hotel reservation representatives have been contacting participants and exhibitors about booking hotel rooms for AESA Annual Conference. THIS IS A SCAM. AESA does not work with 3rd party housing companies and only works directly with the hotels. You should ONLY utilize the reservation link provided in the AESA registration confirmation to make your hotel reservations. Please ignore these pirating emails/calls and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Attendee List Sales: There are companies claiming to provide/sell AESA attendee lists as well as offering to assist with the marketing of these lists. All such lists should come directly from AESA and no other source.
