This program begins in Hanoi and transitions to Kyoto and Osaka. Educators will experience cross-cultural collaboration, observe classrooms, and participate in leadership dialogues focused on global education.

This immersive international program brings education leaders together to learn, reflect, and connect while exploring the vibrant cultures of Vietnam and Japan.

A Transformative Travel-Learning Experience

Travel seamlessly between destinations on a private chartered bus or domestic flights and stay in centrally located 3–4 star hotels, featuring modern amenities and daily breakfast. Most evening meals are included, with one free evening in each city to enjoy local cuisine and personal exploration.

Not included: personal expenses, optional excursions, domestic airport transportation, and travel insurance.

Registration & Pricing

Total Program Cost: USD $5,200 per participant
Deposit: USD $1,200 per participant (non-refundable) due before December 1, 2025.*
Remaining Balance: USD $4,000 per participant due before April 15, 2026.

Registration for school district personnel and ESA staff is managed separately to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.

The AESA program leadership reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or services as necessary to ensure the safety, quality, and continuity of the delegation experience. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as promptly as possible and are expected to remain flexible and cooperative throughout the program.
