Meet the AESA Staff & Consultants

AESA is a member-driven organization led by Executive Director, Joan Wade, EdD and Chief Operating Officer, John Bass. The association is governed by its Executive Council comprised of three representatives from each of four regions. Some of the functions (such as technology, printing  and the maintenance of a benchmark database) are provided by member agencies. Other functions such as governmental relations and communications are contracted to independent practitioners.
