Program Overview: October 2026-May 2027
Over the eight-month program, participants will embark on a dynamic blended learning journey designed to build both knowledge and practical skills. The program combines virtual and in-person meetings with global education experts, flexible online modules for self-paced exploration, and hands-on simulation labs to practice real-world scenarios. These experiences ensure participants not only understand global engagement strategies but also know how to apply them effectively within their ESA.
