Each year, the AESA Federal Advocacy Committee collaborates to establish AESA's federal legislative agenda. The committee is composed of one representative from each state with an educational service agency (ESA) that is a member of AESA. These representatives are selected by the ESAs within their respective states. The AESA priority agenda is specifically focused on federal advocacy efforts that impact ESAs.
