The AESA Leadership Academy is a selective, yearlong executive learning experience designed for ESA CEOs and senior cabinet leaders who are ready to shape the future of regional educational service agencies. The Experience

The Leadership Academy brings together in-person experiences, virtual learning, and an international Leadership Field Study into one connected leadership journey. Each experience builds on the last, blending practical frameworks, peer collaboration, and applied learning. The international field study broadens participants' perspectives by exploring leadership in different educational and organizational contexts, while the Academy as a whole equips leaders with strategies and resources they can immediately apply within their own agencies.
