A Professional Learning Experience for Executive Directors
This career development opportunity is especially for current Educational Service Agency Executive Directors!
AESA is launching the National ESA Leadership Academy, a 12-month in-depth learning experience designed exclusively for current Executive Directors of educational service agencies. The first cohort is forming now for the June 2024-July 2025 program.
The Leadership Academy experience includes:
Exploration of the leadership issues that matter most to Executive Directors.
- During the 12-month academy, participants will experience approximately 6-8 in-person or virtual meetings with their cohort group and facilitators.
Discovery of emerging issues and their impact on education, regional service agencies, school districts, and careers.
- AESA will search for the expert content you need so that during facilitated meetings you will discuss innovation, entrepreneurship, talent retention, artificial intelligence, and So. Much. More!
Deep dive into topics highly relevant topics with a small group.
- Each participant will customize the journey when they examine a topic or project that is of particular relevance, importance, and interest to the participant and his/her agency.
Worldwide travel!
- Through its partnership with ACES International, each cohort experiences a once-in-a-lifetime international trip. The first cohort will visit South Korea and Singapore in March 2025. The trip will be invaluable for participants as it exposes them to world-class educational systems, innovative frameworks, and cultural diversity.
