Amenities: The resort offers a variety of recreational activities including golf, tennis, pickleball, and a special hike at the nearby Garden of the Gods. With multiple dining options and entertainment venues on-site, attendees will have plenty of ways to unwind, connect, and enjoy their time outside of sessions.
Discounted Room Rates: Conference attendees can book rooms at a discounted rate starting at $240 per night. A reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Update 8/27/25: The AESA discounted room block at the Broadmoor is nearly sold out. However, rooms may still become available between now and the conference due to cancellations or travel changes.
