Federal Advocacy Committee Meeting

Every January, AESA members come together for an important virtual session dedicated to updating our federal legislative priorities. As we prepare for the new year and a new Congress, this is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from Capitol Hill staff and advocates. AESA’s legislative liaisons will highlight priorities of greatest importance to ESAs and discuss where advocacy efforts can have the most impact.

2026 Update

The 2026 Virtual Federal Advocacy Committee Meeting was held on January 21–22. AESA’s 2026 Legislative Priorities and Agenda will be shared following approval by the AESA Executive Council at its spring meeting.
