As an Engagement & Operations Specialist, Angie plays a pivotal role in supporting both domestic and international education initiatives, streamlining operations, and ensuring quality experiences for students, families, and institutional partners.

Angie’s work encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including compliance reporting, global exchange logistics, cross-cultural event coordination, and executive-level support. She has been instrumental in digitizing confidential data systems, managing program enrollment, and coordinating scheduling efforts across departments. Angie’s specialization improves program efficiency, fiscal accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction. Her multilingual capabilities have also enhanced the accessibility of programs for non-English-speaking families.

Prior to joining ACES, Angie served as Department Operations Coordinator for the Wallingford Health Department, where she oversaw critical administrative systems, supervised municipal operations, and ensured seamless public service delivery. Her leadership team directly contributed to improved audit performance and internal process enhancements for the municipality.
