About this Network
Professional learning directors play a critical role in shaping how ESAs support schools and districts. The AESA Professional Learning Directors Network is a national professional learning community created specifically for leaders who design, lead, and manage professional learning systems and teams, offering role-specific learning, leadership-level conversation, and connection with peers across the country.
Who Should Join
The Professional Learning Directors Network is intended for leaders who:
- Use organizational, leadership, and technology skills to drive systems improvement, often navigating complex interpersonal dynamics
- Oversee the development and implementation of contracts and service deliverables
- Select, support, develop, evaluate, and retain high-quality staff
- Support educators in understanding how their work connects to a larger system, fostering collaboration and sustainable, inclusive environments
- Manage budgets, including internal funds, federal entitlement programs, and grant-funded initiatives

Darcy brings 30+ years of experience and a deep passion for supporting educators and systems-level improvement. She led more than 35 programs at CESA #1 in Wisconsin and now brings that same energy and expertise to facilitate this network.
