Professional learning providers play a critical role in improving instruction and student outcomes, but the work is increasingly complex and constantly evolving. You’re balancing shifting priorities, diverse district needs, and growing expectations for measurable impact.
The AESA Professional Learning Providers Network is designed to support you in that work. This national community brings together ESA professionals who partner directly with schools and districts to strengthen teaching and learning.

Darcy Budnik
Darcy brings 30+ years of experience and a deep passion for supporting educators and systems-level improvement. She led more than 35 programs at CESA #1 in Wisconsin and now brings that same energy and expertise to facilitate this network.
