Diverse Leadership Experiences: Immerse yourself in a variety of leadership opportunities, including participation in AESA's Summer Leadership Conference and Annual Conference, designed to broaden your perspective and enhance your leadership skills.

Cohort-Based Networking: Join a cohort of like-minded professionals, fostering a national network that encourages peer communication and support throughout the program and beyond.
Timeline and Requirements:
Beginning and ending in July, the cohort will participate in the following AESA functions:
- July: Summer Leadership Conference - Program Kickoff
- September: Advocacy in Action Conference - Policy and Leadership Engagement
- December: Annual Conference - Networking and Professional Growth
- July: Summer Leadership Conference - Completion and New Cohort Orientation
Additional Program Components
- One-Week Residency: Work directly with a host agency CEO, gaining hands-on experience in executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Virtual Learning and Collaboration: Participate in online meetings and discussions throughout the year to stay connected and engaged.
