Inside the Training
Over 8–12 months, participants engage in a dynamic blended learning experience that combines live webinars, interactive online modules, and hands-on simulation labs. Eight modules mix strategic insights with practical tools, ensuring continuous engagement and skill application, and culminate in a coached capstone project that delivers a tailored implementation plan for your ESA.
